When the exhaust is not smooth and reaches to the set alarm pressure value, the safety valve control component will send out the alarm signal and trigger the siren alarm and interact the pipe and capsule valves on the conveying pipeline. When the pressure in the silo goes down to a certain value, the alarm signal will automatically be released and the valve will be automatically opened.

When the alarm pressure is lower than the pressure relief pressure of the valve, the safety valve is not open, and dust gas will not be discharged into the atmosphere, therefore no environmental pollution will be caused.
